Prepare
- Rent out our Arca South condo
- Renovate the Lancaster house — Mama & Papa are managing it for us
- Rental income: ₱25,000–30,000 per month

Labor Month
- Move to Lancaster — close to the hospital
- I fly home early October to be with you
- Car options: rent, borrow from Mama & Papa, or buy one
- Our home base for the birth

After birth
After Baby
- Rent a house in Las Piñas, near Mama & Papa
- Multiple rooms — space for us, the baby, and a nanny
- With a garage for the car
- Mama & Papa nearby to help day-to-day
- Your parents and sisters can visit anytime — with the dogs too
- Furnish with basics only — we won't be staying long
- Rent: ₱20,000–25,000/month — covered by our Arca income
- Once we leave Lancaster, rent it out too — around ₱12,000–15,000/month
- We stay until baby is ready to travel to Singapore — before 1 year old

If Arca Doesn't Rent
Fallback path- Stay in Lancaster through labor and after birth
- Once we're ready, move into Arca South ourselves
- Rent out Lancaster after we leave — ₱12,000–15,000/month income
- No rent to pay in Arca, plus Lancaster income coming in
We still have income either way — Lancaster works for us even in Plan B.
